Our Neighborhood Realty Services agent, Maureen, provided us unlimited patience in working with us to find our house in a market with very limited inventory. Maureen spent many hours with us as we went through the process of identifying what we really needed. Once we figured that out, Maureen coached us through how to make a great offer. Once our offer was accepted Maureen made sure everything went smoothly through the closing process. Maureen also provided us coaching on selling our previous house in another part of the state knowing there was no financial compensation coming her way. Wow! I want to write all the things people say like “look no further” and “best realtor ever”. I’m not usually this is love with service but Mary-Anne Kirby is a gift ?!
