I first met Randy Berner in January 2008 when I hired him to sell my two-bedroom townhouse in Monroeville, PA. And Wow! The description he posted on the Coldwell Banker site was so great that I called him to say that I wanted to buy the house! He gently reminded me that I already owned it! Within a week of posting the for sale sign in the front yard, we had a buyer.

I needed Randy's expertise to sell a property again in late summer 2023--a one-bedrooom condo on the Nemacolin campus about 65 miles from Monroeville.

this time, he not only listed the property but helped me ready it for sale, too--driving a U-Haul van. As with the earlier sale, Randy wrote a terrific description of the property. It, too, sold quickly.

Randy and I--and his wife, Deb--have stayed in touch over the years, and in recent months we have developed a deeper friendship. Randy's interest in music and theater make him an interesting guy to be around, and Deb complements him with her own wit and wonderful cooking. I am blessed to be their friend.
