Dr. Ramkumar took time to discuss the condition, treatment and options for my mother. She seems very knowledgeable and expert in her area of MD and retina related conditions. Great bedside manners. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Office is very well maintained and organized.

I was helped by this office. After getting a shot in my eye my vision got worse than it was and never came back. I called them to explain and they said it would go away and it never did. No follow up on their behalf. Their billing department is great. They sent me a bill so that was awesome on their behalf.

Dr. Hema Ramkumar is not only knowledgeable and experienced, she is also very compassionate towards her patients and spends enough time explaining all the questions. This is one Doctor who you can see, is very down to earth and shows how much she cares.Though this office is very busy with lots of patients and multiple Doctors, the staff is very efficient and well organized so your wait time is not too long. The office is very well decorated and equipped with all the state of the art medical devices.Their office is very conveniently located in Fullerton and My 81 Yr old mother really loves Dr. Ramkumar as she has the most genuine smile and a very friendly approach.
