Sid helped my U Miami daughter and her roommate find and rent a 7 month lease unit, as they are both going overseas for second semester. Coral Gables is a tough market for short term leases. Dealing with both parties and the Association requirements, created a challenge at times. However, he was responsive, professional and always a positive and proactive agent. Likely, the best I have dealt with over many lease/purchase/sell over the years. I highly recommend him and he is my future Miami and surrounding area, go to person. A pleasure.
