Darin’s quick response when we reached out to him, his quick accommodation to last-minute requests for a showing , and his total respect to our needs & our minimum value for this condo did not deter him from getting the best value. Whenever he was not available, someone from his office was. He showed our home as if it was his own.

We loved working with Insignia so much so and especially Darin that My father in law also sold a similar condo in our building with him. I absolutely recommend working with Darin. We enjoyed working with him so much we didn’t want to work with anyone else buying our next home... and he delivered. Just two days ago, we closed on our new home.... I hardly had to lift a finger!

Let me start off by saying that I normally don’t take the time to write many reviews. However, Darin did such a great job that I felt compelled to do so. From the moment I listed the condo with him, I knew he would be the one to sell it. Why? Because he was extremely knowledgeable about the market, determined to get it done and told me what we needed to do in a no BS fashion. As soon as he started marketing my property showings begin to happen and offers were coming in. Mind you, this was all going on during the lockdown and the height of COVID-19.
