I have to say that Manuel Vidal has been the best Realtor I have worked with. A man who never quits to fulfill his client's needs, and giving his clients an outstanding outcome. No matter how busy he was. No matter how far my property was. He made sure that my property was advertised and showed to multiple potential buyers. Mr. Vidal always maintained a high level of communication with me from the starting of the sell to the end of the closing. Manuel did a wonderful job helping me find a condo, he made sure it had all the things I wanted when searching for a home, he was really good at communicating whenever I had any questions and was on top of things after finding the perfect home. I wish the price would have been negotiated a bit more, since I was spending a lot more than my original budget, considering the small things that needed to be fixed after inspection, but I understand the seller had other offers as well and the unit had some brand new things, so I'm glad it was still able to be negotiated some. I really appreciate all his help, he did an overall great job!"
