I cannot thank Patty Brooks enough! We had not planned to move till next spring but we decided to check out the market anyway to get an idea of what we could afford since we were selling two homes and had not moved in 25 years so we didn’t know what homes were even selling for these days. We did a search on Zillow and the very first home that popped up was the home we ended up buying because we fell madly in love with it and decided we could not let this home get away from us. I immediately made an appointment to see the home the next morning and I assumed that the person the home was listed under would show us the house. I already had another agent in mind to use but we wanted to see the home quickly so I had not called her yet. When Patty showed up we learned that she was not the listing agent, but had gotten our inquiry from Zillow. We instantly liked Patty and decided that afternoon to stick with her and put our offer in on the home. Patty was exceptional. Hard working and highly motivated… that’s what we needed because we had a lot to do in a short period of time in order to get my house on the market and to sell another home we owned also. Patty went above and beyond. She answered questions, she reassured us and guided us. She assisted us with our dog when the house had to be shown and we were working and unable to come get him. She helped me breathe through moments where I was super stressed or worried, and on the day of closing when we had several hiccups with our moving trucks and the help we were supposed to have, she came to our home and helped us get out the final boxes and get to our closing relatively on time… she went far above and beyond our expectations. We cannot thank her enough for helping our dreams come true!!

Unprofessional! They do
not answer your calls, I tried to inquire about a rental unit on 7-5 and was told it wouldn't be available to tour until 7-20, then later received a email on 7-8 stating its rented after I paid the application fee of course.
