Funny story, I told him I was debating between their gear or Kubota, his response was priceless, “ They don’t write songs about Kubota Orange”. Facts, sold me. Alex is an awesome sales person to work with.

Top notch. Tanner, our salesman went way above and beyond to help us and answer our 100's of questions. When they didn't have the model we wanted he searched other dealers in surrounding states. When they did not, he found a future order that fit exactly what we wanted and secured it for us. He is the reason why we bought our tractor and equipment from United Ag & Turf. Everyone that we have dealt with at the Navasota location has gone out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of and completely satisfied. Went back and bought a zero turn mower.

This dealership was recommended to me by other customers who shop here normally. I purchased a used tractor that needed some repairs. We came to an agreement on the repairs and were told it would not take long at all. Sent the $10,000 wire cleared everything on my end. Here we are Saturday and I’ve just been told again the tractor is still not ready. I have been given excuse after excuse and at this point frustrated to the point I almost want to call John Deere and cancel the whole deal and get my money back. I run a business as well, and I understand things happen but if I tell a customer something I try and make dang sure I make I get that customer taken care of.

Update: John called me first thing this morning and was very understanding. He is having the parts overnighted to them. I appreciate the call and communication so for that I changed the rating. Thank you Jon.

I had William Foster come out to service rebuild cylinders and replace starter on skid steer. It turned out to be a hard job but he hung in there in this Texas heat. He was professional hard working and did a good job. Traits that are getting hard to find these days. I really appreciate his work and will be requesting him for future needs.

He expressed he was sorry it would take that long and got with my salesman David Hedges to hunt down a gator at one of their several locations that would work for me.
