What I liked the most about working with Vickie was her honest advice. Being a first time home buyer, I had little clue about the home buying process and what I was getting myself into as I entered the market when mortgage rates and inventory were at historic lows. The market was insanely hot. Vickie was clear with me in the beginning on tempering my expectations, and that multiple/many offers being rejected is the norm. Nevertheless, Vickie strove to provide me the best of her knowledge and expertise as a real estate agent, identifying any yellow or red flags when viewing properties/neighborhoods, providing comparisons of recently sold houses to structure competitive offers, and guiding me through every large step of the home buying process. She made it almost as easy as following a checklist.

Vickie was very professional throughout the process, communicated every bit of information/updates as she received them, and was as responsive as she could be when I had any questions. She follows up on actions to make sure others (and you) are getting things done and moving along. While she is based in Orange County, Vickie made all the trips to help us view the LA properties we were interested in as well. I really appreciated her work and effort. If you are looking for a realtor, I do not think you can go wrong with Vickie.

I worked with Vickie during my last home purchase and will definitely use her again. She was proactive, beyond helpful, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I was lukewarm about buying a home, but had a potential target in mind that I reached out to Vickie about. She was able to quickly negotiate a great deal and push the purchase to close over a very tight deadline. During the inspection walk through, Vickie identified several items she was able to have the seller repair or clean, and in partnership with her husband, they even took it upon themselves to attend to certain other upgrades and repairs.

Vickie is a wonderful agent, very friendly and professional with great communication skills. I was lucky enough to meet her when my wife and I were renting a new home.

Vickie did a great job helping us rent a new home. Throughout the process she was very quick and careful, and moving quickly is essential to rent/buy a house in the current market. Her advice about the market and how to structure offers was consistently on-target, and she was honest and ethical at all times.

Update 1/19/22:
I started a new permanent work from home job last year and decided it was time to leave the Bay Area and move back to Orange County and more specifically my favorite city, Irvine! Vickie was such an awesome realtor 3 years ago when she sold my house in Northpark that I knew I had to reach out to her to help me as a buyer's agent to find a new home in Irvine. After much consideration, my husband and I decided that we wanted to purchase our next house in the Orchard Hills community. Again, I would be 400+ miles away for this transaction so I was starting to get very stressed out, especially knowing how competitive the housing market has been since the pandemic. Vickie came through again as my trusted real estate agent and made the process very easy. My husband and I spent a week in Irvine to look at homes almost every day and Vickie was able to line up all the showings perfectly around our son's naptime. Luckily, there were a couple of homes we really liked and Vickie was very strategic and advised us on how to write winning offers that would get accepted. We had planned on coming back to Irvine again in two weeks to look at more homes, but we ended up using that flight to do our home inspection because one of the offers we submitted was accepted!! Before escrow opened, Vickie walked us through all the steps of what to expect and what to prepare for. Honestly, I don't think I remembered much of it, but I felt secure and confident knowing she knew exactly what to do and I didn't have to worry about it. Vickie was able to help us negotiate some repair credits from the seller even though she said it's a rare occurrence in this market. Escrow went very smoothly because of Vickie's professionalism and quick response time and once we closed, Vickie helped connect us with reasonably priced, good quality contractors to help us do some light remodeling. We finally moved in before Thanksgiving last year and my family and I couldn't be happier with our new home and to be back in Irvine! Thank you again, Vickie. Best real estate agent/realtor ever!

Trying to sell a home while being 400+ miles away may be stressful but Vickie made the whole situation as smooth and stress free as it could be. Since this was also my first time selling a home, I really appreciated the fact that Vickie was so knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and extremely responsive. She went above and beyond what a normal agent would do and was as invested in selling my home as myself, which showed in everything she did, whether it was referrals to stagers and cleaners, to taking the time to get amazing photos and video of the house, she exceeded my expectations in every way.
