I would give them 10 stars or a hundred if there would be such an option. I was without a fridge for close to 3 months. I was on the phone back and fourth with the company, service repair guys etc. I was getting nowhere. That is until Maurice Sarfati from WCA stepped in. In 1 day he accomplished what I couldn't accomplish in 3 months. Thanks to Maurice the company will be replacing my fridge. Thank you Maurice and thank you to the WCA Team.

John Salem was great. We had a lemon and had endured multiple service calls. He got Whirlpool and the extended warranty company to agree it was non-repairable. They agreed to replace the unit. We could not done it without WCA and John Salem's persistence. Great job ?

When Choice Home Warranty refused to cover my hot water heater (they tried to claim it was a storage unit and therefore not covered) and I had to pay for a new water heater out-of-pocket, I turned to WCA for help. Eli Saada and John Salem of Warranty Compliance Advisors quickly realized I was being swindled and helped me fight Choice Home Warranty. Choice held their ground with all sorts of tactics and lawyer speak but Eli held fast and easily played their game and navigated their twisted language with ease. Further, he advised me who to contact (DA office) to file complaints. I am happy to report, that I have just deposited the reimbursement check from Choice. I’ve recently replaced my old fridge and got a great deal on a model from Best Buy which was out of box. It worked great for a couple of months and then broke down in the middle of summer.
I wasn’t sure on what to do next. I looked online for some advice and found WCA. They
helped me contact the manufacturer and explained to me that my fridge was still under warranty and that I wouldn’t pay any out of pocket for the repair. It was a relief to say the least.

Awesome company can be a real life savor, They treat you with white glove service. They handle warranty claims from a-z like filling it for you monitoring it and if it gets denied they fight to get it approved. Makes a stressful much smoother.

Great Company. Eli Saada is the best he was helping me out till the and. would definitely recommend this company. If you have any problems with gatting paid from the extended warranty with one phone call to WCA everything is being taken care the fastest possible even the same day.

I highly recommend that you give WCA a call if you are not 100% satisfied with your warranty. They are professionals with unequivocal expertise when intervening on their clients behalf. They will make sure that you will be compensated equitably.
Consider them the "Ghostbusters" of warranty claims!
