We had a most challenging sales process due to the buyer's realtor not really understanding the paperwork and legal deadlines but Yvonne kept things moving along. Did I mention that she is a tough negotiator as well? She helped us price our home appropriately and got us FULL ASK. I found that Yvonne is very respectful of my budget, my criteria and needs in buying a house. All those components are important to me and she followed through. Yvonne set me up to receive MLS listing properties. I would let her know the properties that I am interested in looking and she would arrange for viewing; therefore, not wasting mine or her time. I found that Yvonne is very flexible in accommodating my crazy working schedule. When I have to work late, she is willing to meet with me late in the evening to show houses .
